- All of our employees must pass a thorough background check prior to employment.
- All of our cleaners are employees and Healthy Homes Cleaning pays payroll taxes and workers compensation insurance for them. Many cleaning companies try to save money by setting up their cleaners as independent contractors. This practice can lead to customers being responsible for withholding taxes, or injuries that occur on the job. In addition, insurance and bonding typically only covers employees, not independent contractors.
- All customer keys are coded and stored in a lockbox. Your name and address will never be printed on a key tag.
